The MacMillan CSNCG takes a unique, multi-disciplinary approach to developing innovative new technologies, mathematical approaches, and collaborations toward understanding the role and function of the non-coding genome and epigenome in cancer evolution, progression, and treatment response. The resulting end-to-end causality discovery platform will dramatically advance our understanding of human physiology and disease mechanisms in cancer.
